Hey fitness nerds!
Thank you all {{active_subscriber_count}} of you!
I owe you this one.
You have been reading this newsletter since before any of this existed. Before the app. Before the beta. Before the team. You stuck around when it was just me writing about heart health and protein timing at 2am.
So you get first access. Before anyone else.
BUSYBODY IS OFFICIALLY LIVE
After 9 months of building this thing from scratch with a team of four, it is finally out. Every screen. Every feature. Every algorithm. Built from zero.
I am not going to pretend that was easy. It was the hardest thing I have done. But we are here now and I am genuinely proud of what we built.
Because you have been supporting us through all of this, we are giving newsletter subscribers the lowest price we will ever sell the app for. This is not a launch discount that comes back later. This price is locked for you forever. We will never go lower than this.
3 days only. Then it is gone.
What is inside the app
Let me walk you through what you are actually getting.
The Dashboard
This is your home base. You log your weight, water intake, steps, and progress pictures all in one place. Every day the app collects your data and shows you real analytics. Not just numbers. Trends. Patterns. The stuff that actually helps you see if what you are doing is working.

The Calorie Counter
We built this with a database of over 20 million foods. That is not a typo. 20 million. So whatever you are eating, it is in there. Standard logging works exactly how you would expect it to.
But here is where it gets interesting.
You can snap a picture of your meal. Our AI is not some generic model. We built it specifically to analyse food. It looks at your plate, identifies what is on it, searches our database, and matches the closest items. Way more accurate than a general purpose AI just guessing calories.
I use this feature more than anything else. When I go out for dinner or I am busy working, I do not want to spend 10 minutes searching for each item. I take a picture. It tells me what I have eaten. I confirm it. Done. 30 seconds.
That alone changed how I track.

Chat Bodi (My Favourite Feature)
This is the one I am most excited about.
Chat Bodi is a centralised AI chat that has insight into everything. Your calorie log. Your fitness goals. Your energy setup on the dashboard. Your workouts. It sees all of it.
So instead of just answering generic questions, it gives you answers based on your actual data.
You can ask it what to eat right now based on your remaining macros. You can tell it "I just had a 9 inch margarita pizza for lunch, can you log that for me?" and it will add it to your calorie log. You can ask it to build you a workout based on what you enjoy and what you want to avoid.
But here is where it gets really fun.
Take a picture of yourself doing an exercise and Chat Bodi will analyse your form. Upload a video and it will tell you what to fix.
And the one I use every single time I eat out. Take a picture of the restaurant menu. Ask Chat Bodi "based on what I have eaten today and how many macros I have left, what should I order?" It will tell you exactly what fits your goals from that menu.
That feature alone is worth the subscription.

The Workout Tracker
We built our own algorithm for this. It looks at your goals, tracks how many reps, sets, and weight you have done for each exercise, and then suggests how you should progress to hit your targets.
We also have a massive database of exercises so you can always find what you are looking for.
Think of it like a smart workout journal. It logs everything and tells you what to do next. And we built it to be fast. Nobody wants to spend 5 minutes between sets tapping around an app. You log it and move on.

A quick note on where we are
I want to be honest with you.
The app just came out of beta. We had beta testers for months. They found bugs. Lots of them. We fixed every single one as fast as we could.
But this is a complex app. There might still be things that pop up. If they do, we are on it. Our team works around the clock to fix anything that comes through.
Your feedback is everything to us. We read every single message. If something is off, tell us. We will fix it.
Our goal is simple. We want to make BusyBody the best fitness logging app in the world. It might not be that right now. But we will get there. And you are going to be part of that journey from day one.
What you get as a Day One subscriber
This is not just about the app.
When you lock in your price today, you become part of the BusyBody VIP Club. That means you are first in line for everything. New features. Events. Free drops. Exclusive access. Whatever we release next, you see it before anyone else.
You were here before the app existed. We are not going to forget that.
A few things before you purchase
This is iPhone only right now. If you are on Android, do not purchase yet. We are actively working on the Android version and we will let you know when it is ready.
It takes up to 3 days for the app to be delivered to your account. Once you purchase, you will receive an App Store link and access within 72 hours. Just hang tight and we will get you set up.
What beta testers are saying

One more thing
This newsletter has always been free. And it always will be.
But keeping it free is not free for us. The team that writes these articles every week is the same team that built this app. BusyBody is one of the ways we keep the lights on so we can keep sending you research breakdowns and health advice without ever charging you for it.
So if the app helps you, you are also helping us keep this newsletter going for everyone. That means a lot.
Is your supplement stack actually working?
Most people have no idea what supplements they're taking. Download SuppCo to organize your routine, audit your nutrients, and see your StackScore. Then you'll know if your stack is helping or just expensive.
Quick Health Tip: The 2 Minute Rule for Better Digestion
Most people eat too fast. The average meal takes about 7 minutes. Your brain needs roughly 20 minutes to register that you are full.
Here is a simple trick that works.
After every 3 to 4 bites, put your fork down for 2 minutes. Just pause. Take a sip of water. Have a conversation. Then pick it back up.
This does two things. First, you eat less because your satiety signals actually have time to kick in. Studies show people who eat slowly consume about 10% fewer calories per meal without even trying.
Second, your digestion improves. Chewing more and eating slower means your stomach has less work to do breaking food down. Less bloating. Less discomfort. Better nutrient absorption.
You do not need a supplement for this. You do not need a protocol. Just slow down.
Two minutes between bites. Try it for one week. You will feel the difference.
