Speaking of journeys, let me share my own January weight loss so far. I've lost 4kg following a keto approach, which works surprisingly well for my meat-loving nature.

My daily routine involves a 30-minute morning run, followed by gym sessions 4-5 times a week (yes, including those dreaded leg days I keep trying to skip). My 2500-calorie day typically revolves around a massive 2 PM lunch – usually 500g of fatty meat with veggies.

And yes, I still haven't given up my sugary coffee ritual at my favourite local café.
