My Personal Fitness Story
At 14, I stumbled into the world of fitness. As a skinny fat kid from, I was looking for a way to build muscle. Little did I know, this would become my lifelong passion.
YouTube became my classroom. I devoured content from fitness influencers like Matt Ogus and Christian Guzman. Their videos opened my eyes to fitness, gym, nutrition and exercise.
My first breakthrough came when I learned about calories. Before, I was unknowingly overeating - half a jar of Nutella for breakfast and a box of cereal for dinner.
I cut out sugary foods and increased my protein intake. The results were immediate - I lost 10 kg.
But my journey wasn't without missteps. A year-long "dirty bulk" left me chubby. Cutting proved challenging, but it pushed me to dig deeper into nutrition science.
I experimented with different diets, including keto. I started weighing my food and tracking macros. Slowly but surely, I found what worked for me.
At 19, while in medical school, I turned my passion into a side hustle. I began coaching others on their weight loss journeys. At my peak, I was managing 29 clients simultaneously.
This experience was invaluable. It taught me that everyone's fitness journey is unique. What works for one person might not work for another.
After five years of coaching, I started a company focused on sustainable weight loss through education and personalized planning.
Today, my team and I run a newsletter and a fitness app powered by AI. We're committed to helping people build healthy habits and improve their relationship with food.
My journey from a chubby 14-year-old to a doctor and fitness entrepreneur has taught me one crucial lesson: fitness is a lifelong journey, not a destination. It's about finding what works for you and making sustainable changes.
Keep pushing, keep learning, and most importantly, be patient with yourself.

My top 3 Book recommendations:
This is a bit of an odd section, however, I think that the best way to get to know a person is to know the books they enjoy reading.
These are my top 3 books that I always get back to and reread.
Your Next Five Moves by Patrick Bet-David
I am a very analytical person, and this bookThe Lords of Easy Money by Cristopher Leonard
This book actually explains how the monetary system works and it’s fascinating. I re read it once a year at least.48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene
